To enhance your satisfaction, fee-paying subscribers have 30 days to request a refund upon the proper termination of their account (see “Terms of Service” regarding termination of accounts). All refunds will be on a pro-rata basis. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
