Refund Policy

The Dental Exchange thanks you for your subscription. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your experience, we want to know about it. You may direct your comments to:

To enhance your satisfaction, fee-paying subscribers have 30 days to request a refund upon the proper termination of their account (see “Terms of Service” regarding termination of accounts). All refunds will be on a pro-rata basis. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please see “Terms of Service” for disclaimers and waivers of liability, which may abrogate certain bases for refunds.
